I found the current guides missing some information I thought maybe important...considering the complexity and the faction system that now works I felt a consolidation of the quest information already provided plus additional information warranted a new guide...This guide combines both Sanctuary Garden and Sanctuary key quest. Forgive me but I did not feel I wanted to reformat it into this forum so I posted at the link below where you can view the finalized guide.
