The item drops inside a redeemed dungeon at SW temple in Penumbra. The dungeon (Mission type) contains level 190-200 Redeemed NPCs. The enterance to this dungeon is on the east side of the camp. Droprate seem to be very high.

Insignias to Infeno garden also drops like mad here. Other stuff that dropped was 200+ SL weapons, the well known doc nano + other types of crap.

For those omni's looking for their sb this dungeon is just off the Glacier Hills exit from Vanya, jump off the smaller of the nearest building and at bottom there is a small tower with a door, that is the entrance.  The problem is, this dungeon is now solely filled with the Custodian, it is doable with a group, but uncharmable with Voice of Truth or TE Voice of Truth for any crats looking to take a shot at it.  I've seen inferno insig drop fairly common, SB is uncommon.  Was curious if there was another static dungeon in that area that had mobs more along the lines of the above post.
