Yes, there are four different patterns that drops off them.
Defiler-, Destroyer-, Devastator- and Devourer of Scheol.

Still haven't found the novictum needed for the 220 ones but have two complete blueprints that I'm looking forward to kill once I get it.

Off-topic: The named mobs there are named after greek islands Smiley

Sorry for this question, i know the answer is already given but I havent explored Scheol much... anyway, where is

I would appreciate it very much for a more specif location. Thank you Smiley

EDIT: Found it! .... the Named Hecklers gave it away once I remember that Scheol had these that r hard and at the end this big boss or something. Plus I checked the SL maps website and saw the "lvl 210 hecklers" in the area far East. Thanks Smiley

EDIT: whats the spawn time on these hecklers?
