255 is not a common number for an AO item, it's more a limit number for a byte (computer data). If i assume this number is the max limit for the QL of a pattern. Those patterns are outsider ones. They are not 230, nor 240.
That means we dont need an incarnator to spawn them.
Maybe a new machinery in pandemonium (i doubt it, in inferno i guess).
Or no machinery at all.
Plus, those patterns allow us to spawn some quest mobs.
Shullat, Xark, Razor... The purpose is to loot them.
Finally, you may be able to enter in pandemonium without to kill the original version of those mobs. Or to finish the Inferno Garden/Sanct quest.
It's only my assumption, but those patterns dont work by the usual process.
Here is another idea, maybe a NPC like an ecclesiast or an empath may spawn them for us.
All this is theorical.

Id say this is totally doable, the 255 is in NE Inferno, the hard part would be getting the novi. Id love to see what this guy drops, I think Il lbe working on this to find out soon. I guess most people would just rather use the novi on inferno garden quest though.

Killed this.
Dropped 280 Control Eye and 280 Support Feet.
Not worth the effort. Obviously, the drop table could be larger, but until they put better control towers in the store or let us fill ql300 crystals on 250 towers its pointless to think about.
