When we killed this, we got 4 control feet at 3 different qlvls (but 130 was the highest) and a single 110 infantry arm. We haven't killed it again, so I cannot say if this drops the 140 infantry arms or not. I have a few more of these patterns and if the 140 arm drops on a different kill, I will post something.

Patterns drop in Elysium. By the Unreedemed Cold Rock statue, Spiders are on hills. They are social and aggro, be careful. There are two, maybe three or four, of the spider bosses, which can be found on the bridges connecting the hills. Dunno if they drop off named mobs only, but pretty sure I saw a teammate loot one off a regular Chill Spider.
