1. Talk to Sipius (in the Garden), he asks you to go spawn Min-Ji again and show her the cloth you looted from Completing the Garen Key Quest, to help her remember who she was.
2. Spawn Min-Ji again with a new Pathern and show her the cloth, she talks about being trapped there by Eric Miller
3. Return to Sipius, tell him about Miller and offer to help Min-Ji
4. Go to the Unredeemed Temple and Spawn Omega Miller by Killing The Prophet in the Big room on the Right Side. An Acolyte mob will Spawn and you need to chat Trade him 6 Insignas of Roch like on other Faction huntings. Omega Miller wills Spawn. Kill Miller*, get the Defiled Pattern of Min-Ji Liu
5. Go to Ecclesiast Ocra Lux. Talk to him and give him the defiled pattern. He will send you to locate an ancient device. This can be located just outside Ergo's cave in Scheol (directly south of the cave entrance). Target the device and wait for quest update.
6. Go back to Ecclesiast Ocra Lux and tell him you found the device. He will ask you for the defiled pattern, so give that to him. He will then spawn Redeemed Ocra. Talk to him and give him the pattern, and he will bless it.
7. Spawn Weary Empath Min-Ju Liu yet again and give her the blessed pattern. She will despawn and you end up with a mysterious container called Essence of Patience.
8. Go back to Ecclesiast Ocra Lux and give him the Essence of Patience.
9. Enjoy your new key

Working on this one...Seems it's bugged still though.

Update: Spoke with Ashed and he said the quest designers were working on a fix and should be done very soon, and that I could petition again when it was fixed to have my mission started back up where it left off.

Do the patterns drop from Unredeemed mobs as well now? I've just killed several (outside and inside the SE Unredeemed temple) and haven't found a single one, and I'm not really keen on killing any Redeemed mobs and loose my precious faction-points.

Don't know but I was killing redeemed mobs at the SW village and didn't lose any faction, I have 14086 redeemed.

Don't know but I was killing redeemed mobs at the SW village and didn't lose any faction, I have 14086 redeemed Ditto , Faction system is broken now i think , completly broken or something. But with 16600 faction i didnt loose anything killing those so go now before its to late  |

I tired this and lost a total of 10 faction points after killing many many mobs (although I can't say when I lost the 10 points - it may have happened when summoning the empath again, though I wouldn't know why). I went back trying to kill even more and didn't lose any more faction.
My guess is this is working as intended - you can't gain more faction off lowbie mobs when you have high faction, which could also mean you can't loose faction off lowbie mobs when you have high faction. Sounds reasonable to me atleast.

Well to complete the quest wasn't too challenging in terms of difficulty. Just very very trying on your patience, the end item; Essence of Patience. Suggesting a glimpse of Funcom's sense of humor. :twisted: Just under 12hrs to complete the Garden and Sanctuary Quests back-to-back. The hardest part of this quest will be farming 3 complete patterns of the Weary Empath, I can confirm that after the 15.2 patch you still do not loose faction for killing mobs aligned to your own faction. The best place to acquire these patterns is the SW Redeemed village in Upper Scheol. You will also do ALOT of running around, so be prepared to get a run buff or parrot several times. IMHO I don't think the Scheol Sanctuary quest is worth it, for those few extra nano's it certainly isn't a reason to spend 12hrs running around farming Pocket Boss patters, Novictum and then spawning said Pocket Bosses only to spend 2 mins chatting to them before they dis-appear. The only reason for possibly completing the Sanctuary Key quest is a rather nice HUD1 item, and once the Adonis Sanctuary quest is fixed that will be an easier quest to complete and will reward you with an even better version of the HUD1 item. Personally I would wait until the Adonis Sanctuary quest is complete. If its the nano's your after find some who has already completed the quest and spare yourself the ordeal. |

Not that I have found... the spirts drop it constantly though, I often find more than one piece on each spirit I kill... as well as other "stuff".
Also some things I posted in the Garden quest thread, but they also apply here...
-I HIGHLY recommend waiting to do this quest until the grinders and spirits outside Ergo's cave in lower Elysium are grey to you if possible. Unless you are are calming class, it will be very difficult to complete certain portions of the the quest... namedly obtaining QL135+ SFoN from the spirits there. As a LvL 145 MP with superb solo capablities, it still took me a while to clear the large number of green mobs required to complete the task. Had I been less determined (think headed?), I would have been much better off just getting a few more levels and running past all that mess without a bit of trouble.
-Concerning the killing of Reedeemed mobs to obtain pattern pieces... so long as you are not teamed with an omni or an omni does not attack the Redeemed mob you are fighting, you will receive no XP and also no faction hits. If an Omni PC attacks the mob at the same time you do, you will receive negative Redeemed faction hits, along with the normal XP relative to the damage yout delt to the mob.
-Pattern drop rates: I built 10 blueprints total, for myself and friends. During that time... the "B" pattern was the most rare, while "A" and "D" were the most frequent drops. In fact, I only received "B" pattern drops from the front-most 5 mobs at the at the temple entrance... and often none for a long while and then 3 in a row. Very strange, but very true. I'm guessing it was just a coincidence, but something to keep in mind if you are having trouble.

I completed this last night with my MP, Angelflame. To get Novictum, I went to Adonis and killed spirits up at the ship yard past the Redeemed Villages. Very slow to drop, but got 2 over QL 135, and already had the crystals prepped. Nothing in Sheol seems to drop the right QL novictum.
I got a team together to pull Omega Eric Miller, and I did most of the pulling myself. We cleared out one side of the main room, and then would pull other mobs which would cause the Prophet to agro, but not directly, so we never got nuked. Tried it once before, and got a 3500 point nuke wiping the whole team out. Team was levels 137-189, with me being the lowest. I also acted as puller with a heal pet on me. We managed to pull the Prophet, give the insignias to the NPC, spawn Eric Miller, then pull him with a few adds which we took care of first while a Agent, Impeh, in FP Enforcer tanked. Just for fun, we pulled Roch also, and killed him, but he dropped absolutely nothing. We killed him twice just to make sure.
To target the Ancient Device, I went to Adonis, since I had gotten that key at level 130. Then me and a level 201 NT, Ivanz, went backwards thru the Adonis Pool to Lower Sheol, and pulled a few spirits around the doorway to inside the cave, killed them, then I targetted the device and updated mission. It does have a range on it, as I had to go just outside of the cave to target and update. Was much faster and safer then trying to go thru the mobs in Lower Sheol to get to Ergo's cave.
And that's it. My next project, I got 16 days left to finish the Adonis Sanctuary quest.

I now lost faction killing theese mobs. Do the pattern now drop elsewhere too?
loosing faction for getting a permanent key to a garden seems wrong..

Weary empath patterns drop either from redemeed AND unredemeed so temple BOG and redemeed village are ion my opinion THE SPOT depending your side/faction.

finally tagged the lil thing called :"small part of a ancient machinery" located 1357,1760 in necropolis, Scheol Lower.
Mission updated , time to get back to eclesiast ocra lux ^^
