Things to get:
-Complete Blueprint Pattern of the Weary Empath Min-Ji Liu
Fastest place to farm it would be in the SW corner of Upper Scheol,at the redeemed temple.
-One QL135+ Subdued Flow of Novictum
These drop as such from the bosses near Ergo in Lower Scheol. Soul Dredges/Spirit Hunters/etc.
- One Crystal Filled With Source.
Have a MP create the crystal and fill it at a CT, works on RK.
1) Talk to Prophet in Roch's Keep & get quest. Exit dialogue
2) Talk to Prophet again and show him the completed blueprint
3) Talk to Hypnagogic in Garden and ,you guessed it, show him the blueprint.
4) Assemble the crystal, spawn,kill.
5) Show the drop from the Empath to Hypnagogic in the garden. I personally couldn't talk to the Empath and when Hypnagogic asked if she mentioned any names, I picked the "Miller" (Eric Miller being the local Omega). You should receive the key, and some talk leading to the Sanctuary quest (apparently).
And that's it in a nutshell, worked as of 8 hours before the timestamp on the post.

for combining the crystal with the blueprint it needs 337 Np, then 150 FQphy is required to combine the novictum with the precedent result. as none of the two parts are no drops, not even unique, i had a friend do the Np part, and the FQphy is doable by anyone  (or at least, anyone of the level needed for that quest :p edit : after completing this quest, i just wanted to add that the empath spawned is lvl 135 (what a surprise hey?) and quite tough. so don't try soloing her at 150, or you'll have to redo the whole collect part quest |

Be sure the person WITH the Mission Quest DOES the combining to make the crystal, at least on the final part to make the mission update. Otherwise you end up with a mission not going forward and Hypnagogic wont talk to you.
Additionally, the Prophet in Roch's is in the Second room as you go in, LEFT balcony and around the big curved walls.

Just a note
Currently have to get GM to give Key. The reward was messed up in the last patch. I was helping a group (and did for my doc) to do this one and all of us had to get the reward from GM.

Here is a work around:
If you get to the last step where you are speaking with the Visionist again after killing the Empath, and the Dialog does not ask for the cloth do this:
Of the choices of how to answer, ask how to complete the crystal (the first option I think). This will trigger him to ask about the encounter with the empath and he will ask 3 questions or so. The second or third question will be to see the cloth.
This should allow you to complete the quest and get the key. So far as I've found, sometimes handing them the object right off works, some times you must initiate the dialog first and let them ask you for the item. Otherwise they eat the item.
This is a for instance where you need to initiate the conversation first, plus you gotta figure that poor Visionist has been standing there all day with no one to talk to.

I guess this changes over time with each patch..
I hit the same problem with getting a MP to do the invict, but after getting another pattern and doing it myself, its still bugged..
When talking to Hypnagogic, where he should give you the key, he gives you the cloth back and tells you to get another blueprint and give it to miller!! Was he supposed to give a key? I thought, maybe its bugged and he should of, but he says nothing like "here is a key", like the redeemed quest did.
So I had to get another blueprint, talk to Miller... And he wont take it! I have the right item, but Miller doesnt accept it. BUGGED.
Another guy was there in the same situation.
Maybe thats why the subject of this thread is in progress.
BTW I'm neutral so I tried both gardens.. On the Clan side I just did an hour ago, not only did I simply have to talk to the empath instead of killing, but the eqivilent hypnagogic npc just gives you the key outright.

If you petition after talking to the hypnagogic (and set the petition category to bug) an Ark will come and talk to you and then escalate the issue to a GM. The GM will then spawn the key in your inventory (make sure you leave space for it). They will even do this if you are logged out.

Little FYI for Neutral players doing the quest, you don't have to kill the empath to get the cloth, just talk to her, she'll give you some information then despawn, leaving behind the cloth in your inventory.

Question, where exactly is the Prophet. It might be me, but I can't seem to find him at all! Most annoying. I would have thought he was on the stair, but apparently not.
Edit:
Oh, found him. Second room, up the left stairs, and then there is a dark doorway. Thats the one I missed at first.
