It happened to one of our NTs with the back armor, so she actually didn't skip any step, except if you consider skipping parts looting the blue glyph from Pande mobs instead of getting individual parts. Look like a flaw in the mechanic as it is, since in no way the engine can decide which type of item it has to produce basing only on the parts, since those are the same for all profs.
A GM changed the cloak with the right one, but I fear that if too many start petitioning for it they may decide to post to wait for a patch to fix the prob and stop changing item to avoid being overwhelmed by requests...

IMO, both can be easy and hard to get at the same time.
T2 = long raids = many parts to collect
T3 = long raids = 1 random glyph every 3 hours.
SO they both are kind of balanced and/or just as hard to get one as the other :S

Hey dargante  Yesterday ... 4 hours raid or so , 2 Aban, 2 enel, + ocra I think And 3 or 4 arcanas, btw most drop did occur during last 2 hours. And congrats again on your full T3 Tsunlong. |

Yeah, i was in that raid. Hope u found me  Only one wearing full Chosen Enforcer in there. Big purple thing hehe And yeah, the glyph drop seemed ok. I know that a certain day of the week, I have found around 3 or 4 Aban during the camp fest but of course they got rolled. Fun raid though |

April 27th, after 15.5.3 patch.
3.5 hours (on RK2) we got:
- 8 Ocra
- 4 Enel
- 1 Aban
That's more than 3 per hour.

Yes, my friend in that team got very annoyed that during all that time in the team, only 1 aban dropped and the rest dropped like rain. heard that the mp/doc walked out with almost full faithful set :\
Seems they might have raised the glyph drop rate like people wanted but of course, they screwed the Aban glyph drop, which is the most popular one and now the hardest one.
Havent talked to other people that have camped Pand after the last patch to confirm if the Aban glyph drop rate got worse or just bad luck.
