Had this made the other day. its better then an ithica and krutt in shadowlands.

reqs to make are:

ql 199 sacrosanct shotgun
ql 135 grey glyph of ocra
1197 weaponsmithing ( yea i know)
746 QFT
942 EE

Unredeemed mobs inside and outside the temple in Scheol drop sacrosanct weapons quite often.

The rafters below the bridge to the temple drop them like they were plagueridden.

What kind of grey glyph is it? Maybe it is one that gives it melee weapon specials. If so, that's why it doesn't work. There is a list of most all the grey glyphs on Anarchyarcanum.

Do they drop Sancrosanct Assault Rifle too ?

Just for your information.

Sacrosanct and Inamorata weapons does not exist below ql 100.

For the lower QLs there are 2 places , either getting lucky in elysium or scheol.
