Okay Im a lvl 172 NT, and Im just now getting around to having my Jobe armor started.  However the NPC wants a measurment from "the tailor" in addition to Insignias, and a LOAD of money. Can someone PLEASE tell me where in SL is this tailor?  any help would be appreciated.

Head to Borealis , There is a Shop (West from the Subway Entrance) called "Amanda's Botique".

Walk in and voila , just speak to Tailor that you want a Measurement for Part XY.
